Tomáš develops software, primarily for musicians.

His flagship is Earonman, a gamified ear-training app for jazz players, available on web, iOS, and Android, and now a registered trademark. Its modules, Jazz Voicings, Functioneer, Guido, Harmonic Quest, Slashmaster, and Polychordist, grow directly out of his approach to harmony.

He also created Baracca Creative Hub, a marketplace and directory for music professionals, available on web, iOS, and Android, and takes on web and app projects, AI agents, and tooling.

This is a full professional practice, held to the same standard as the music.
